Conditions for the felling of trees

The City of Otterburn Park allows the cutting of trees according to the following regulations:

• The tree is dead or damaged
• The tree is affected by a disease or infected by an insect.
• The tree is dangerous to the safety of people or damage to property.
• The tree must be cut down for a construction project approved by the City of Otterburn Park.

Permit for tree cutting

To obtain a tree cutting permit, the property owner must apply for a tree cutting permit from the City of Otterburn Park.

Tree Planting Grant

The City of Otterburn Park does not offer grants for tree removal or planting.
