The City of Saint-Césaire allows the felling of trees with a diameter greater than 15 cm at the stump, measured at 30 cm from the ground under the following conditions
The tree is dead or damaged
The tree is affected by a disease or infected by an insect.
The tree is dangerous to the safety of people or damage to property.
The tree is harmful to the growth of other nearby trees.
The tree must be cut down for a construction project approved by the City of St. Caesar.

Permit for tree cutting
To obtain a tree cutting permit, the owner must apply to the City of St. Caesarea for a tree cutting permit.
Tree Planting Grant
The City of St. Caesarea does not provide grants for tree removal or planting.
