{"id":1345,"date":"2020-05-06T14:31:22","date_gmt":"2020-05-06T18:31:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/arboxygene.com\/reglementations\/rougemont\/"},"modified":"2022-08-23T01:55:42","modified_gmt":"2022-08-23T05:55:42","slug":"rougemont","status":"publish","type":"reglementation","link":"https:\/\/arboxygene.com\/en\/reglementations\/rougemont\/","title":{"rendered":"Rougemont"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Conditions for the felling of trees<\/h2>\n\n<p>The municipality of Rougemont allows the felling of trees under the following conditions:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>The tree is dead or damaged<\/li><li>The tree is affected by a disease or infected by an insect.<\/li><li>The tree is dangerous to the safety of people or damage to property<\/li><li>The tree is harmful to the growth of other nearby trees.<\/li><li>The tree must be cut down for a construction project approved by the municipality of Rougemont.<\/li><li>The tree is an aesthetic nuisance<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tree planting<\/h2>\n\n<p>In the municipality of Rougemont, all dead or felled trees must be replaced within 12 months.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Permit for tree cutting<\/h2>\n\n<p>To obtain a tree cutting permit, the owner must apply for a tree cutting permit from the Municipality of Rougemont through the Urban Planning Department at <a href=\"mailto:urbanisme@rougemont.ca\">urbanisme@rougemont.ca<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n<p>The prices for the various tree cutting permit applications are available on the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.rougemont.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/permis-chapitre9.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Rougemont municipality&#8217;s website<\/a>.
