(The Municipality of Saint-Ang\u00e8le-de-Monnoir requires a written notice prepared and signed by a competent authority in the matter in the application for a permit)<\/li><li>The tree is dangerous for human safety. (The Municipality of Saint-Ang\u00e8le-de-Monnoir requires a written notice prepared and signed by a competent authority in the matter in the application for a permit)<\/li><li>The tree is dangerous to damage the property<\/li><li>The tree is harmful to the growth of other nearby trees.<\/li><li>The tree must be cut down for a construction project approved by the municipality of Saint-Ang\u00e8le-de-Monnoir.<\/li><li>The City of Saint-Ang\u00e8le-de-Monnoir recommends that tree cutting be done by a competent authority.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tree planting<\/h2>\n\n<p>In the Municipality of Saint-Ang\u00e8le-de-Monnoir, tree replacement is required where the density of trees on the lot is less than one tree (deciduous and coniferous) per 200 square meters of lot area, or where the number is less than two trees (deciduous and coniferous) per lot.
