{"id":1303,"date":"2020-05-06T14:05:56","date_gmt":"2020-05-06T18:05:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/arboxygene.com\/reglementations\/guardian-angel\/"},"modified":"2022-08-23T01:55:46","modified_gmt":"2022-08-23T05:55:46","slug":"guardian-angel","status":"publish","type":"reglementation","link":"https:\/\/arboxygene.com\/en\/reglementations\/guardian-angel\/","title":{"rendered":"Guardian Angel"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Conditions for the felling of trees<\/h2>\n\n<p>The City of Ange-Gardien allows the cutting of trees according to the following regulations:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>The tree is dead or damaged<\/li><li>The tree is affected by a disease or infected by an insect.<\/li><li>The tree is dangerous to the safety of people or damage to property.<\/li><li>The tree is harmful to the growth of other trees.<\/li><li>The tree must be cut down for a construction project approved by the City of Ange-Gardien.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tree planting<\/h2>\n\n<p>All felled trees must be replaced within six months of felling. The new tree must have a minimum height of 2 meters at planting. For more information on tree planting, consult the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.municipalite.ange-gardien.qc.ca\/reglementation.php\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">regulations on the City of Ange-Gardien&#8217;s website<\/a>.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Permit for tree cutting<\/h2>\n\n<p>To obtain a tree cutting permit, the owner must <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"http:\/\/www.municipalite.ange-gardien.qc.ca\/documents\/Formulaire-abattage-arbre.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">apply<\/a> to the City of Guardian Angel for a <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"http:\/\/www.municipalite.ange-gardien.qc.ca\/documents\/Formulaire-abattage-arbre.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">tree cutting<\/a> permit.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tree Planting Grant<\/h2>\n\n<p>The City of Ange-Gardien does not offer grants for tree cutting or planting.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Maintenance under the electrical wires<\/h2>\n\n<p>Contact Hydro-Quebec, before any tree maintenance (pruning, trimming or cutting down) under the 25 000VT electrical wires at the following number: 1-888-385-7252.<\/p>\n\n<p>*The following sheets are for information purposes only, the regulations on the city&#8217;s website will always take precedence over the information presented above.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Conditions for the felling of trees The City of Ange-Gardien allows the cutting of trees according to the following regulations: The tree is dead or damaged The tree is affected by a disease or infected by an insect.
