Pruning of Shefford maple trees April 1, 2016

• Assessment of the tree’s health:

-Expertise of three maple trees topped by the 1998 ice storm. These trees need a sanitation pruning which consists in removing dead branches, interfering and removing dead snags to prevent water infiltration, pests, etc… This practice will allow these trees to live longer.

• Submission

• Pruning:

-Complete pruning of maple trees damaged by ice.

-Thanks to our new pruning bucket we can do a complete pruning without any risk and more efficiently.

• Cleaning:

-Pick up branches with a 250xp bandit chipper capable of devouring a branch up to 12″ in diameter.

-We make sure to leave the place clean (rake).
